Healthy House, Healthy Family
Sometimes I wonder how I’m going to get everything done. How am I going to get everything clean and keep it clean? I am one of six people in this house. I am the one who is here most of the time. I am the one who is responsible for keeping up with the house and it’s contents. I am also charged with the responsibility of keeping everyone well. Well…how can I do that?
One way to ensure better health is to keep a clean house. I don’t mean spotless, I’m good, but I’m not that good. I just mean clean. Keep things picked up and put where they belong. Mop your floors, vacuum the carpets, wipe down the fixtures, clean the bathrooms and of course wear clean clothes.
I know the above paragraph is a lot! I can only do the best that I can. I am constantly cleaning-something. My whole house does not get cleaned in one day. I have to take it a room or two each day and do certain things every day.
I also try to use natural cleaning products. I think too many chemicals can be harmful. I have 4 small children and again, it’s up to me to keep them healthy and safe. I believe these are small things I can do that make a difference.
Gotta go clean something. They are all asleep!
